General Information for Membership Registration
Membership Categories & Fees
- Volunteer / General Member (Donation Fee: ₹1,000/-)
- Acts as a field-level representative of BHRO in local areas (Block / Police Station).
- Authorized to communicate and coordinate with local police officers.
- Renewal Fee: ₹200/- per year.
- District Unit Officer (Donation Fee: ₹2,500/-)
- Represents and manages district-level operations of BHRO.
- Receives official training in law, communication, and public coordination.
- Collects and forwards public grievances, RTI, and law-related information.
- Authorized to communicate with DM, SP, district administration, and media.
- Renewal Fee: ₹500/- per year.
- State Level Officer (Donation Fee: ₹5,000/-)
- Represents BHRO at the State level with administrative coordination powers.
- Responsible for state-level liaison with government and central agencies.
- Supervises and compiles reports, complaints, and progress data from all districts.
- Authorized to communicate with State Police, Media, and Government departments.
- Renewal Fee: ₹1,000/- per year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Volunteer Member: Minimum qualification – High School (10th Pass).
- District Unit Officer: Minimum qualification – High School (10th Pass).
- State Officer: Minimum qualification – Intermediate (12th Pass).

- Official Identity Card and Appointment Letter.
- Designation according to the approved post (Member, District Officer, or State Officer).
- Appointment details will be notified to the respective police stations and SP offices.
- Online verification facility through the official website.
- 24×7 Legal and advisory support from BHRO Legal Department.
- Special training for District Officers after 3 months of joining.
- Advanced leadership and coordination training for State Officers.
- Eligible for official vehicle stickers (where applicable).

Rules & Regulations
- All members and officers shall serve BHRO voluntarily; no salary or allowance is provided.
- The organization shall not be responsible for any misuse of ID card or appointment letter.
- Upon expiry of tenure, ID and Appointment Letter must be returned to the HR Department within 30 days for renewal.
- Members must immediately inform HR in case of change in address, contact number, or email.
- Loss of ID or Appointment Letter must be reported with a police complaint.
- Every officer must maintain regular communication with District, State, and HR offices.
- Violation of organizational policy, ethics, or code of conduct will invite disciplinary action.
- Misuse of position or involvement in non-permitted activities shall lead to termination of membership.
- Membership is non-transferable and the contribution once made is non-refundable.
- All legal matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
